Swing Hammer Fibrizor
Swing Hammer Fibrizors are primarily used for the shredding or slicing of sugarcane into open cells and fibers. These enable the cane to be crushed in between the rollers that are featured in mills for the extraction of juice. Applicable for sugar mills, these are incorporated with many arms and specially made rotor discs so as to eradicate failure against shudders and shocks. The machines work with the assistance of hammer shanks and can be affixed with high tensile bolts. Capable to eradicate shear, Swing Hammer Fibrizors have rotors supported in with heavy duty bearings. Lodged in solid cast steel bearing chunks with six rows and water cooling jackets, these enable oil lubrication for all bearings.
